My Journey

I am Ganesh Padyachi—a transformative trainer and integrated mindfulness coach with expertise in yoga, martial arts, and hospitality. My journey has been one of constant evolution, fueled by a passion for learning and an innate desire to serve. Whether as a dedicated husband, father, friend, karate teacher, or hospitality professor, I have always strived to connect deeply with people of all ages. This lifelong commitment to growth and service has guided me to become a trusted Professional Trainer in India, specializing in Corporate Wellness Training and Training Workshops for Educational Institutions.

My Three Dimensions

From my earliest memories, my father’s unwavering dedication to the hospitality industry through his catering services instilled in me the true essence of “Atithi Devo Bhava.” Witnessing his kind nature and commitment to serve laid the foundation for my academic pursuits in hospitality—from studying culinary arts and hotel management to earning an MBA in training and development. Over the years, I have had the honor of mentoring over 5,000+ students who now excel across the globe, carrying forward the spirit of holistic service. This rich background has empowered me to design transformative Hospitality Training Services in India and wellness programs that resonate with today’s fast-paced world.

At just 16, with limited resources yet boundless enthusiasm, I founded Siddha Academy, inspired by the teachings of Mahavatar Babaji and his ashram named Siddha. My guiding principle, “You won’t be learning what you want; you will learn what you need,” reflects my holistic approach to training. Since my introduction to yoga, I have had the privilege to touch and transform other lives. On the one hand, a martial arts practitioner since childhood, my life revolved around hardcore and long hours of training, with 21 years of training and clinching medals at international Karate tournaments along with my students. Where martial arts is all about being aggressive and powerful, yoga demands subtlety and calmness. These parallels have helped me strike a balance and have enhanced my training, which stands solely on my experience. I have developed a unique method that addresses both individual challenges and corporate needs. I am deeply committed to preserving traditional art forms and educational techniques while continually embracing innovation. I wish to revive and impart to society the techniques and practices that have been lost but have proved beneficial to humankind.  Whether through Yoga Training Workshops, Self-defense Training Seminars, or tailored wellness sessions, my mission is clear: to empower you through a balanced mind, body, and spirit.

What led to this phase of being a Trainer for Corporate Wellness and educational institutes like schools and colleges?

I always believed that being ordinary is unique- that for me, is to do what is to be done to serve the mission. The journey that led me to become a trainer for Corporate Wellness and educational institutions stems from a deep desire to serve a greater purpose—helping individuals and organizations reconnect with their true essence. I believe that every mindful step can transform lives and communities. Witnessing a growing disconnect between nature’s balance and healthy living, I realized the need to guide individuals toward self-awareness, lifestyle changes, and a reconnection to their roots. “Leading the Mindful Evolution” represents my vision to blend ancient wisdom with modern needs—empowering corporate leaders, educators, and individuals with the transformative power of yoga, martial arts, and holistic hospitality. This mission is about more than training; it’s about inspiring justice, equality, and a more balanced, equitable future, paving the way for my envisioned life skill school—a sanctuary where the timeless lessons of the past meet the challenges of today to create a better & mindful world.
